The City of Columbus, Recreation and Parks Department is seeking bids for the operation of food concessions at the Mentel Memorial Golf Course. The successful bidder will be expected to provide an attractive menu suited to the needs and demands of the public golfer and provide various catering services. The concessionaire will be required to operate seven days a week, commencing 15 minutes before the first available tee time and remaining open until dusk. The term of the contract will be for a two-year period, expiring on December 31, 2027. • The concessionaire will be required to pay an annual minimum absolute guarantee, with 10% of sales over $150,000. • The concessionaire will be responsible for maintaining all equipment and providing all necessary personnel. • The concessionaire will be required to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations. • The concessionaire will be required to obtain all necessary permits and licenses. • The concessionaire will be required to maintain comprehensive general liability insurance with a minimum limit of $3,000,000. • The concessionaire will be required to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Columbus, its agents, and employees, from any and all claims, actions, damages, liability, and expense in connection with loss of life, personal injury, or damage to property arising from or out of any occurrence, in, upon, or at the property, in connection with its operation or occasioned wholly or in part by any act or omission of the concessionaire.
