Mt. San Antonio College is seeking a qualified contractor to provide on-call installation, repair, maintenance, and emergency services for their Automatic Logic Controls (ALC) HVAC/R and lighting control systems. The contract will be for a period of five years, with the option to renew for up to five additional one-year periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, tools, equipment, software licenses, parts, and transportation for the services.
