The US Army Communication Electronics Command (CECOM) is seeking information from 8(a) certified firms owned by Native Entities to provide research and development support for the Army Reprogramming and Analysis Team (ARAT). The support includes strategic technical planning, system engineering and planning, system analysis and integration, and Electromagnetic Warfare research and development. The contractor will be required to have a TOP SECRET facility clearance. The Government is looking for firms that can provide the necessary support and expertise to enhance laboratory infrastructure, develop and test Mission Software Products, and optimize Electromagnetic Warfare capabilities. Some key aspects of the job include: • Providing strategic technical planning and system engineering support • Enhancing laboratory infrastructure to develop and test Mission Software Products • Optimizing Electromagnetic Warfare capabilities • Developing and integrating advanced EW Radio Frequency (RF) Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) capabilities • Automating the collection and characterization of test data in a data farm/lake/warehouse environment
