The University of Northern Colorado is seeking a vendor to replace and expand its wireless infrastructure, including access switches and wireless access points. The project aims to provide high-quality wireless service to all buildings and some outdoor areas on the UNC campus. The vendor will be responsible for designing, deploying, and implementing the new wireless infrastructure. The university expects to increase the number of wireless access points from 1,000 to at least 1,380 and reduce the number of switches from 450 to 340. The proposal must meet the criteria outlined in Section III of the RFP. • The vendor must provide equipment that easily integrates into the existing Cisco environment. • The vendor must provide a design summary, hardware details, software details, and other information as outlined in the RFP. • The vendor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations. • The vendor must provide proof of insurance and maintain workers' compensation and unemployment compensation insurance. • The vendor must not have any conflicts of interest with the university or its employees.
