Description:
The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare is seeking proposals for Navigation Support Website and Recruitment services. The selected contractor will develop and implement a website where Department employees can input requests on behalf of individuals and families for items and/or services needed, and registered community partners can respond to said requests with their ability to provide such items and/or services. The contractor will also provide community outreach services to register and promote the website. The initial term of the contract is anticipated to be one year, with the possibility of extension up to five years. Key responsibilities include: * Developing and implementing a website for navigation support * Providing customer service through a phone line and/or human services chat function * Recruiting and registering community partners * Training community partners in subjects including privacy, customer service, and working with the Department * Providing a transition plan to minimize disruption of services at the termination of the contract * Managing a quality assurance program for the services provided * Implementing policies and procedures for insurance and claims-made basis
