The City of Bellevue is seeking a consultant to provide trip reduction services to support the activities of its Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Program. The consultant will implement best practice property manager, employer, worker, and resident outreach, facilitation, and incentivization methods for increasing non-drive-alone travel. The project aims to maintain and promote an accessible resource page, reaching historically underserved groups and ensuring equity-focused distribution of TDM programming.
