The equipment must meet specific salient characteristics, and interested firms should respond in writing with their company information, point of contact, and capability statement. • The Reliance 7000 exam chair must be able to rotate/swivel at least 330 degrees and have a lift capacity of 600 pounds. • The Reliance 7900 instrument stand must have a counterbalanced slit lamp arm and be able to support instruments up to 60 lbs. • The Reliance Eclipse room lighting system must be able to control all examination room lighting and dim fluorescent lights to 1% of output without light noise or flickers. • The Reliance 940 chair glide must be compatible with the Reliance exam chairs and have a stainless-steel base plate and a heavy-duty cast aluminum carriage.
