The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking industry input on capabilities for modernizing and maintaining the GSA Real Estate Exchange (G-REX), a mission-critical Appian-based platform. The platform supports the Public Buildings Service (PBS) in delivering optimal real estate acquisitions to American taxpayers. The GSA is looking for vendors to provide operations and maintenance (O&M) services, as well as modernization services, with the option to propose their preferred modernization approach. The vendor will be responsible for sustaining the application, providing security and compliance, and performing regular system backups and updates. The GSA is also looking for the vendor to demonstrate how artificial intelligence (AI) technologies will be integrated and utilized across all aspects of the solution. Key features of the opportunity include: • The vendor will provide O&M services for the G-REX platform, including application support, security and compliance, and performance monitoring. • The vendor will have the option to propose their preferred modernization approach, including migrating the platform to a modern, scalable Appian environment. • The vendor will be responsible for providing AI technologies and services, including integration into the technical architecture and delivery approach. • The vendor will be required to comply with federal security requirements, including FedRAMP and FISMA. • The vendor will be required to provide pricing information, including annual ROM costs for ongoing operations and maintenance, enhancement services, and modernization options.
