Richland County is seeking a Primary General Contractor to provide comprehensive management and oversight for the demolition of designated commercial structures. The selected contractor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of the project, including engaging licensed subcontractors for asbestos project design and air sampling services. The contractor must ensure that all work is performed in accordance with applicable South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Services regulations and Richland County's Scope of Services. The project involves the demolition of a commercial structure located at 2820 Hard Scrabble Rd. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a drug-free workplace and comply with the County's Prompt Payment requirements. • The contractor must submit a bid that includes all items, goods, supplies, equipment, and/or services identified in the bid table. • The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance indicating minimum coverages listed in the solicitation.
