The Department of General Services, Procurement Division is seeking bids from qualified firms to establish Master Service Agreements (MSA) for unarmed security guard services to be used by state agencies and local governmental agencies. The scope of services includes unarmed security guard services, vehicle patrol services, and other related tasks. Bidders must have at least three years of experience in providing unarmed security guard services and must meet other minimum qualifications. The contract term will be for three years with two optional two-year extension options. The award will be made by region and group, and bidders must bid on at least one region and all items within a group to be eligible for an award. • The services will be provided in ten regions. • Awards will be made by region and group. • Bidders must bid on Group 1 (unarmed security guard services) to be eligible for awards in Groups 2 and 3 (vehicle patrol services). • The contract term will be for three years with two optional two-year extension options. • The award will be based on the lowest total bid by group in each region, with small business preference and disabled veteran business enterprise incentives applied.
