The Department of the Air Force is seeking quotes for the provision of 554 RHS Arc Flash Category 2 Rated OCP uniforms. The uniforms must meet the requirements specified in Attachment 1 – Requirement Description with Salient Characteristics. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government based on the best overall offer. The evaluation criteria include technical acceptability and price. • The offer must clearly meet all requirements of the specifications provided in Attachment 1. • The offer must include pricing utilizing the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) breakout. • The offer must include a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements. • The offer must be valid for 90 days. • The contractor must have a valid Representations and Certifications filed in the System for Award Management (SAM). • The contractor must deliver the uniforms within 60 calendar days after receipt of order. • The contractor must provide a one-year warranty period on all workmanship.
