The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier for the Gartner renewal. The solicitation is open for bidding, and suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys. The State reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids. The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. • The contract may be canceled by the Chief Procurement Officer for justifiable cause. • The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation. • The supplier must not be engaged in the boycott of a person or an entity based in or doing business with a jurisdiction with which this State can enjoy open trade. • The supplier must provide verification of enrollment in the E-Verify program prior to any award.
