The City and County of San Francisco, Airport Commission is seeking a Project Delivery Partner (PDP) to provide overall management expertise and oversight for the Superbay Hangar Renovation Project at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). The project involves improvements to infrastructure, safety, sustainability, energy efficiency, and selective renovation of the interior and exterior of the hangar. The PDP will be responsible for design management, construction management, project controls, contract administration, cost estimating, scheduling, and field inspections. • The project has an estimated duration of 42 months and a total estimated cost of $143,000,000. • The PDP will provide services including design management, construction management, project controls, contract administration, and cost estimating. • The project requires experience in managing complex renovation or expansion of airport facilities or similar facilities with complex, phased construction. • The PDP must demonstrate expertise in coordinating with federal agencies such as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). • The project involves working with multiple stakeholders, including the Airport, design teams, and builders, to deliver an exceptional project outcome.
