Description:
The Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide printing and mailing services to the Muscogee County Tax Commissioner. The required services shall include Real, Personal, & Mobile Home Property Tax Bills and Real, Personal, & Mobile Home Property Tax Delinquent Notices. The contract term shall be for two years with the option to renew for three additional twelve-month periods. • The vendor must provide all equipment, terms, and services as specified in the RFP. • The vendor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The vendor must provide proof of insurance and meet the minimum insurance requirements. • The vendor must submit a cost proposal that includes all costs associated with providing the services. • The vendor must provide a client work history that includes at least three clients for whom similar services have been provided within the last five years.
