Budget Estimate (AI):

$54,000,000 – $60,000,000

Based on the information provided, it's difficult to estimate the exact budget for this contract. However, considering the scope of work, which includes fuel storage services for a four-year base period and a five-year option period, the budget could be substantial. The contract will likely involve significant costs for fuel storage, handling, and transportation, as well as laboratory testing and quality control. Assuming an average monthly storage capacity of 100,000 barrels, with an average cost of $0.50 per barrel per month for storage and handling, the total annual cost would be approximately $6 million. Over the four-year base period, this would translate to $24 million, and over the five-year option period, it would be approximately $30 million. Therefore, a rough estimate for the total contract value could be in the range of $54 million to $60 million.
