The County of Sarasota is seeking a contractor to provide installation, scheduled maintenance, repair, and support services for broadcast and audio visual (AV) equipment. The contractor will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance inspections, technical support services, and emergency repairs on AV equipment. The contractor will also be required to provide training to County staff on new equipment and to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations. The contract term is expected to be 3 years. • The contractor must have experience in providing similar services, including preventative maintenance inspections, technical support, and emergency repairs. • The contractor must have a Limited Energy Systems Specialty license or an Electrical Contractor license issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. • The contractor must be able to provide a written estimate for any equipment repair or replacement. • The contractor must be able to provide training to County staff on new equipment. • The contractor must be able to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with OSHA regulations.
