The Defense Information Systems Agency/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization is seeking to negotiate a sole source contract with Executive Information Systems, LLC (EIS) for SAS Software Renewal. The proposed contract action is for FY25 software maintenance renewal for SAS Institute software products and Analytic Add-on: SAS/STAT in support of J9 Hosting and Compute. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. • The contract is for software maintenance renewal for SAS Institute software products, including Base SAS, SAS Add-ons, and Analytic Add-on: SAS/STAT. • The contract is in support of J9 Hosting and Compute. • The incumbent contractor EIS is the only source capable of providing all necessary services. • Companies who believe they can provide this service must indicate their interest in writing within 7 days of the notification and include a detailed capability statement.
