The Office of State Procurement is soliciting bids for the purchase of a Heavy Haul Tractor for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD). The tractor should have a 92,000 GVWR and meet the specifications outlined in Attachment B - DOTD Equipment Specification No. 158-500E, Rev. 5/28/2025. Bidders must be licensed by the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Commission and include a copy of a valid dealer's license with their bid. The contract will be for a period of up to 36 months, with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods. • The bidder must provide a brand and model number of the product offered in their bid. • The bidder must specify the delivery time and price, including transportation costs. • The bidder must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. • The bidder must provide descriptive literature and technical data to support their bid. • The bidder must certify that they have not discriminated against any subcontractor or supplier based on their status as a firearm entity or firearm trade association. • The bidder must certify that they are not suspended or debarred by the General Services Administration (GSA).
