The Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District is seeking a qualified painting contractor to provide on-call painting services for interior and exterior surfaces on various Northern Water facilities. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, materials, labor, and incidentals to complete the scope of work. The initial project will involve exterior painting on Building A of the Northern Water Berthoud Campus, with an anticipated start date in late summer 2025. The contractor must be certified in EPA's Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule (RRP Rule) and use certified renovators who are trained by EPA-approved training providers and follow lead-safe work practices. • The contractor shall provide On-Call Painting Services for interior and exterior surfaces on various Northern Water Facilities. • The contractor shall clean up the job site at the end of each day and at work completion. • The contractor shall supply appropriate PPE including fall protection and reflective vests for their employees. • The contractor shall use sufficient drop cloths/plastics and protective coverings for the protection of grounds and foliage. • The contractor shall provide, for owner’s stock, a sufficient amount of material used of paint and finishes to allow for touch up and repair work.
