MAJOR MAINTENANCE & REPAIR MULTI-MISSION BUILDING, USCG STATION EATONS NECK, NORTHPORT, NY PROJECT NUMBER 3173693 Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor and supervision, necessary for comprehensive repairs and upgrades to the Multi-Mission Building (MMB) and associated facilities at the Eatons Neck Coast Guard Station in Northport, NY. The project includes removal of all interior lead and asbestos containing materials, and selective exterior work as noted. The main tasks include replacement of windows, doors , siding, fire escapes, decks, roof drainage, selective roofing, sheathing and insulation on the exterior. In the interior, replacement of the fire alarm system, lighting, selective HVAC, bathroom finishes and painting. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the contract terms and conditions, Specification 3173693, Drawings P3173693 (Sheets 1–150), and the applicable wage rates as incorporated herein. BIDS DUE: 10 March 2026 at 2:00 PM, EASTERN STANDARD TIME The work includes but is not limited to the following:  Abate hazardous materials (lead-based paint, asbestos, and universal waste) in compliance with all regulations. Remove and replace rotted exterior wooden siding, doors (interior/exterior), and damaged sheathing/insulation. Patch/replace roof shingles and repair foundation walls for leaks. Replace the portico roof, drainage, railings, posts, and repair concrete porch deck. Demolish and replace HVAC and hydronic systems, including installing VRF units, DOAS, and associated components. Remove and replace fire alarm systems, install sprinkler fire protection, and add fire protection monitoring/initiating connections. Install a new water main and relocate fire suppression equipment. Remove fire escape landings and stairs from second and third-floor windows. Replace all finishes and fixtures in bathrooms, ceilings, flooring, and base trim. Repaint all interior spaces. Replace all exterior lighting with LED and dark-sky-compliant fixtures. Remove and replace lighting control systems. Move, store, and reinstall furniture and equipment as required. Remove and replace public address systems and telecommunications systems, including cabling, connectivity, and pathways. Install a temporary conditioned outdoor telecommunications cabinet and associated media converter. Remove and replace all gutters and downspouts. Install underground cabling to connect the generator for emergency power and MMB ERVS. Install manual fire alarm systems with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.  Remove and replace telecommunications systems at MMB, including cabling, connectivity, and pathways. Replace communication cabling and means of support between MMB & Galley.
