The Ulster County Community Action is seeking a contractor to perform a general clean, demo, and mold remediation at a location in Wallkill, NY. The workscope includes a complete clean out of the basement, removal of all stored items and debris, and sealing off the basement stair door. The contractor will also be required to perform mold remediation, including cleaning and biocide of all surfaces, and encapsulation of all surfaces in the basement. The contractor must provide a dumpster and run an air scrubber in the main living area during the work. The client is responsible for removing all desired belongings before the work begins.
