The City of Biloxi, Mississippi, is seeking proposals for the delivery, carpeting, and installation of approximately 1,000 square yards of commercial grade carpet tiles in the Saenger Theatre. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a 100% Payment and Performance Bond if the bid equals or exceeds $25,000. Proposals will be rated on the following system to determine the best bid received: Proposed Fees to the City (40%); Delivery/Install Date (40%); suitability of carpet design (20%). • The project requires the delivery and installation of commercial grade carpet tiles in the Saenger Theatre. • The successful bidder must provide a 100% Payment and Performance Bond if the bid exceeds $25,000. • The proposal must include a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. • The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals based on a highest and best proposals determination.
