The City of Waco is seeking a qualified solar provider to design, engineer, build, operate, and maintain a turn-key installation of a rooftop solar PV project at the City's Operation Center. The City is looking for a partner with experience in designing, planning, scheduling, permitting, constructing, interconnecting, and maintaining a solar PV system.
