The Galena Park Independent School District (GPISD) is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals for the North Shore Senior High School & Cobb Sixth Grade Campus Controls and Plant Replacement project. The scope of work includes HVAC system upgrades at both central plants, including chiller replacement, pump replacement, new DDC controls, and new piping. The project also includes boiler replacements, cooling tower refurbishment, AHU refurbishment, domestic water heater replacement, and electrical upgrades. • The proposal security is 10% of the proposal amount. • A pre-proposal conference was held at the GPISD Administration Building on July 31, 2025. • Proposal documents are available on the district website and the GPISD eBid system. • Drawings are available on isqft.com and virtualbx.com. • GPISD reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and negotiate with proposers after submission.
