Description:
The California Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified vendors to contract for Temporary Relief Cook Staffing Services. The contractor is responsible for meeting all of the licenses and certifications required to perform the scope of services set forth in this solicitation. Key services include providing temporary relief cook staffing services to the Veterans Home of California - Yountville. The contract term is from September 1, 2025, or upon approval, whichever is later, to June 30, 2028. • The contractor must attend a mandatory walkthrough on August 11, 2025. • The contractor must submit all questions regarding this IFB in writing via email to the Contract Analyst by August 14, 2025. • The contractor must submit their bid by August 20, 2025. • The contractor must comply with all instructions and requirements contained in the IFB. • The contractor must provide all required documents, including a Bidder's Checklist, Bid Rate Sheet, and Payee Data Record. • The contractor must comply with the DVBE Participation Program and the Small Business Preferences.
