The City of Newport is seeking bids/proposals to replace the flooring in rooms numbered 901, 928 and hallways at the Newport Area Career and Technical Center. The vendor will be responsible for skimming and prepping floor areas, providing LVP flooring, removing and disposing of materials, and moving furniture. The proposal must be submitted in two separate envelopes, one for the technical proposal and one for the cost proposal. The evaluation criteria include the year, make, and model of each submitted proposal. • The vendor must provide LVP flooring over the current tiled areas, VCT, or matting. • The vendor must remove and dispose of all materials. • The vendor must be responsible for moving all furniture. • The colors of the flooring will be determined later.
