The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency is seeking a qualified firm to provide financial services support, including bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting, for its affordable housing properties. The selected firm will deliver full-scope accounting services for each designated entity, including comprehensive accounting software management. The scope of work includes accounting transition management, bookkeeping services, monthly and quarterly reporting, annual budget preparations, and annual audit and tax return support. The firm must have experience with LIHTC financed properties and must perform all services domestically. • The selected firm will provide financial services support for multiple entities, including SHARP Investments, LLC, Sutterview Housing Associates, LP, Sierra Vista Housing Associates, LP, Washington Plaza Housing Associates, LP, RAD Pilot, LP, Central City I, LP, and RVP Group I, LP. • The firm must have experience with affordable housing and LIHTC financed properties. • The firm must perform all services domestically and must not subcontract or outsource any portion of the accounting services to entities located outside of the United States. • The firm will be evaluated based on its qualifications, experience, and pricing. • The firm must provide a comprehensive proposal, including its organizational overview, qualifications, bios of proposed team members, references, and pricing.
