The American Consulate is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance services for their multi-system HVAC equipment. The services should result in all systems being in good operational condition when activated. The equipment to be serviced includes Air Handling Units, VAV and Air Curtain Units, Direct/Belt Drive Ventilation Fans, Boiler/Diesel Burner, District Energy Heat Exchanger, and VRF's w/AC Split Unit Systems. • The contractor will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the equipment is in good working condition. • The contractor must ensure that all systems are serviced under this agreement and are in good operational condition when activated. • The contractor may need to perform work in areas of the building that require special access, such as the PCC/CAA areas.
