Description:
The State of Colorado, Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) is seeking a software product/platform for a Light to Heavy Duty Automotive Ticketing System for CDOC’s Fleet Department. The system should be able to construct service tickets/work orders, create work orders for Light, Medium, and Heavy-duty vehicle maintenance, upload vehicle history service records, and have the ability to upload parts and service codes to the work orders. The system should also be able to generate technician work sheets and vehicle inspection sheets, create appointments, and allocate work orders to technicians based on those appointments. • The system should be a cloud application that is reachable from anywhere. • The system should be designed to support an infinite number of users situated in different locations. • The system must possess the capability to accommodate various users with distinct access levels to enhance supervisory functions for comprehensive oversight of CDOC. • The system should be equipped with the ability to connect seamlessly to Mitchell1 ProDemand or feature similar software for diagnosis and labor hours integrated into the platform itself.
