The Alabama Department of Revenue is seeking a supplier to provide data entry services for certain tax returns. The supplier will be required to key tax return data from images using a web-based third-party application. The supplier must provide a cost per page within the Alabama Buys portal and meet certain service level agreements, including monthly pages per hour and minimum hours per month. The supplier will be given access to the ALDOR third-party web-based application via a secure URL using Azure Single Sign-on (SSO). • The data entry services will include keying tax return data from images using a web-based third-party application. • The supplier must provide a cost per page within the Alabama Buys portal. • The supplier must meet certain service level agreements, including monthly pages per hour and minimum hours per month. • The supplier will be given access to the ALDOR third-party web-based application via a secure URL using Azure Single Sign-on (SSO). • The supplier must comply with all applicable laws of the United States and the State of Alabama. • The supplier must have a business continuity/disaster recovery plan that adequately addresses continuation of the required data entry services.
