Access Services is seeking a managed IT support services provider to provide server and data center, network architecture, software environment and technology stack, and cybersecurity services. The contract will be a hybrid time-and-materials contract with a not-to-exceed value for tasks, projects, subscription services, and urgent requests. The contract term is four years with options for three separate two-year extensions. Proposers must submit a proposal package including a proposal letter, confidential credit reference inquiry form, executive summary, key personnel statement, client references, sample forms, schedule of labor rates, and bidders list. • The proposal package must be delivered electronically in text-searchable PDF format. • The proposer must have experience in general IT management services, server and data center services, network architecture services, software environment and technology stack services, and cybersecurity services. • The proposer must provide a detailed description of their approach to providing managed IT support services. • The proposer must provide information on their company's qualifications, experience, and reputation. • The proposer must provide a schedule of labor rates and a list of bidders.
