Description:
The Department of Property and Procurement is seeking bids for the renovation of an ADA compliant classroom at the Joseph Gomez Elementary School. The project includes removing and replacing window operators, installing new window screens, sanding and painting interior walls, and upgrading electrical and plumbing systems. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and materials to execute the work.
