The Town of Berlin is seeking proposals for the demolition of an existing multi-purpose building located at 130 Flower Street, Berlin, MD. The project is funded with federal Community Development Block Grant funds and is subject to Federal Labor Standards, including Davis-Bacon wage rates, BABA requirements, and Section 3 requirements. The scope of work includes the demolition of the building, and qualified contractors are encouraged to apply.
