The State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation, Airports Division, is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance services for architectural glass at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport. The scope of work includes cleaning and maintenance of building exterior windows and glass panes at various locations around the airport. The contract term is 36 months, with an option to extend for two additional 12-month periods. The contractor will be required to perform the work in accordance with the specifications, special provisions, and plans. • The contractor will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining building exterior windows and glass panes. • The contractor will be required to perform the work in accordance with the specifications, special provisions, and plans. • The contract term is 36 months, with an option to extend for two additional 12-month periods. • The contractor will be paid for actual work performed as directed by the Engineer. • The contractor will be required to submit a proposal that includes all unit prices and amounts. • The contractor will be required to furnish, perform, and/or deliver all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, and services called for in the contract.
