The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking a contractor to provide exhibit services for the TechNet Cyber 2026 Conference in Baltimore, MD. The contractor will be responsible for providing rental background display structures with graphics, exhibit furniture, TV monitor mounts/stands, and flooring, as well as installation and dismantling labor, shipping, and material handling for the DISA exhibit. The services are required for the conference, which will take place from June 2nd to June 4th, 2026. • The contractor must provide structures and graphics installed no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on June 1st, 2026. • The contractor must deliver rental furniture to the exhibit no later than 3:00 p.m. ET on June 1st, 2026. • The contractor must ship materials to the DISA exhibit no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on June 1st, 2026, and return them undamaged no later than 2:30 p.m. ET on July 1st, 2026. • The contractor's performance will be evaluated based on customer input and the quality of the services provided.
