Budget Estimate (AI):

$500,000 – $1,000,000

The budget for this contract can be estimated based on the cost of the pool chemicals and the hourly rate for the repair services. The cost of the chemicals can vary depending on the quantity and type, but a rough estimate can be made based on the prices listed in the bid document. The hourly rate for the repair services will also impact the total budget. Assuming an average hourly rate of $100 and an average annual cost of chemicals of $50,000, the total budget for the five-year contract could be around $750,000. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget will depend on the specific bids submitted and the college's actual needs. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the quantity and type of chemicals needed, the frequency and complexity of the repair services, and the hourly rate of the contractor.
