The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking marine services to support the maintenance of the National Data Buoy Center Ocean Observation System of Systems. The contract will be competed as a total small business set-aside, and multiple indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts are anticipated to be awarded. The total value of the contracts over the course of the five-year term is $49,990,822.79. The contractor will be required to provide marine services, including vessel operations and maintenance, to support the National Data Buoy Center's ocean observation system. • The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with 5 one-year ordering periods. • The contractor will be required to provide a minimum of $5,000 worth of services per year. • The contractor will be responsible for maintaining and operating the vessels and equipment used to support the ocean observation system. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and labor standards. • The contractor will be required to provide reports and documentation as specified in the contract.
