The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from vendors to support market research for the procurement of Building Management Systems (BMS) preventive maintenance services at the San Francisco VA Health Care System. The services required include quarterly reporting, monthly scheduling, critical system calibration, troubleshooting, and repair replacement and calibration of malfunctioning parts and components. The contractor will need to provide specialized training and exclusive licensing to work on the specialized equipment. The notice is not an official request for quotes, but information obtained may be used to determine the strategy for obtaining these items/services. • Provide a detailed quarterly report on the work completed, current condition, and reliability of the BMS controls throughout the SFVAHCS campus. • Develop a work schedule of items to be addressed on a monthly basis. • Provide critical system calibration and report for specific areas annually. • Troubleshoot and correct system errors twice a month. • Repair, replace, and calibrate malfunctioning parts and components. • Maintain system files and backup system files. • Provide emergency service calls 12 times a year. • Work closely with the Electronics department to ensure system security and reliability. • Provide hands-on training on a bi-monthly basis.
