The City of Carrollton is soliciting sealed proposals for the construction of the West White Street Improvements Project. The project involves repairing and reconstructing West White Street from Rome Street to Winchester Drive, including the installation of new storm sewer piping and drainage structures, sanitary sewer main piping and manholes, water mains, and other infrastructure. The contractor will be required to coordinate utility relocations and maintain good communication with the Project Engineer and City Engineer throughout the project. • The project includes installation of new 18”-48” storm sewer piping and drainage structures • New 8” sanitary sewer main piping and manholes • New 6” and 8” water mains • Clearing, saw-cutting, and demolition of existing road and driveways • Milling and overlay of existing road • Pavement, curb, and driveway replacement • Re-striping and re-signing roadway • Traffic control and erosion control The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and the successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond.
