This is a multiple prime project. General Construction Contract includes: Site demolition and removals. Furnish and install erosion controls. Earthwork and site grading including cut to fill subgrades, compaction, and preparation of sub-grade elevations. Furnish and install topsoil as required for landscaping. Furnish and install stone parking lot, permeable concrete pavers, concrete pavements, and curbing, including subbase courses and geotextiles. Furnish and install splash pad concrete pavement and benches. See other trades for splash pad plumbing and electrical work. Coordinate work with other trades. Furnish and install site furnishings, including picnic tables, and benches Furnish and install landscaping, including lawn establishment. Excavation for and installation of building foundation and building slab. Furnish and install pavilion. Grading as required for building construction. Add Alternate #1: Construction of bathrooms, janitorial closet, and mechanical room. Work to include, but not limited to, connecting to base bid utilities and construction of walls. Add Alternate #2: Construction of kitchen space, including all walls, windows, fixtures, finishes and tying into base bid utilities.
