The Calhoun ISD is seeking a vendor to provide network electronics for six buildings. The scope of work includes providing the necessary equipment, installation, and maintenance of the network electronics system. The project is expected to start on July 1, 2026, and be completed by September 30, 2027. The vendor will be required to provide a detailed bill of materials, warranty documentation, and maintenance services. • The network electronics system must be compatible with the existing infrastructure • The vendor must provide training and support for the system • The vendor must provide a written guarantee/warranty covering the installed network electronics against defects in workmanship, components, and performance • The vendor must provide follow-on support after project completion for a period of three years
