Description:
The County of San Mateo is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to expand the County's use of robotic process automation (RPA) for high volume, rules-based business processes. The vendor will be responsible for implementing and supporting RPA solutions using the UiPath platform, which is already licensed by the County. The scope of work includes integrating with existing systems and data sources, and adhering to County security, privacy, and accessibility standards. The vendor will also be required to provide training and support to County staff.
