The Washtenaw Community College is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide services and solutions to support the development and operations of the Entrepreneurship Center. The center aims to provide education, mentorship, incubation, funding access, and ecosystem connectivity to aspiring entrepreneurs, startups, and small business owners. The selected vendor will be expected to provide programs, technology, consulting, training, and operational support aligned with the mission of the Entrepreneurship Center. The vendor must demonstrate proven experience in the area(s) proposed, understanding of community college populations and small business ecosystems, competency and commitment to WCC community and demographics, and capacity to launch and support programming within the desired timeline. • Business development strategy • Technology platforms (CRM, learning management, booking, reporting) • Marketing and community outreach • Event planning and management • Entrepreneurial research and assessment • Access to capital services or platforms The proposal must include a detailed approach, methodology, and pricing, as well as any exceptions to the College's terms and conditions.
