Description:
The Palmdale Water District is seeking proposals for granular activated carbon (GAC) services, including the acquisition, transportation, and installation of virgin GAC, as well as the removal, transportation, and disposal of used GAC. The contractor will be responsible for regenerating and replacing GAC at the District's water treatment plant. The contract will require the contractor to provide pricing for various services, including the acquisition and installation of virgin GAC, the removal and disposal of used GAC, and the regeneration and reinstallation of GAC. • The contractor must have at least five years of experience in GAC regeneration and replacement. • The contractor must be able to comply with potable water quality regulations and standards. • The contractor must provide references from current clients in the water treatment industry. • The contractor must have certifications relevant to water treatment and environmental compliance. • The contractor must be able to meet the District's service and delivery requirements.
