The Register of Wills is seeking a contractor to provide IT expertise services for help desk, application, and system support. The contractor will be responsible for assembling a staff to include six key personnel to fulfill various roles, including computer programmer, network engineer, and help desk specialist. The contractor will also be required to provide additional resources as needed. The scope of work includes application development and support, help desk support, and system maintenance.
