The Baldwin Public Library is seeking a qualified professional firm to provide, host, and maintain Integrated Library System (ILS) software. The selected firm will be responsible for migrating the Library's current databases to the new ILS, providing training and support, and ensuring the system meets the Library's requirements. The ILS should include modules for acquisitions, cataloging, circulation, and online public access catalog, as well as support for multiple library-defined user profiles and customizable profiles. The system should also integrate with third-party vendors and provide APIs for customization. The Library is looking for a system that can support an unlimited number of users, items, and transactions, and can provide detailed reports and analytics.
