The Marine Corps Recruit Depot- Parris Island is seeking to acquire drug testing kits for use in the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) to screen poolees/applicants as they go through the enlistment process. The required drug test kits must test urine for various drugs at specified cutoff levels, including amphetamines, benzodiazepines, cannabinoids, cocaine metabolites, and opioids. The kits must also have built-in validity/adulteration testing and a built-in temperature strip and screw-on lid. The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, personnel, and facilities necessary to manufacture, produce, and deliver the drug test kits. Key features of the required drug test kits include: * Non-instrumental, single-use instant drug test kits * Ability to test for multiple drugs and drug metabolites in human urine * Built-in validity/adulteration testing * Built-in temperature strip and screw-on lid * Ability to be stored at room temperature with a minimum shelf life of 12 months * Test results must be clear and easy to read visually * Test time to completion must not exceed five minutes * Test results must remain stable for up to one hour.
