The Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District is seeking a qualified engineering consultant to provide preliminary design and alternative assessment services for the St. Vrain Canal Outlet for the Carter Lake Filter Plant (CLFP) Project. The consultant will analyze options for the connection and provide preliminary design services. The project involves providing year-round flow ability for an additional 40 CFS from the St. Vrain Canal for delivery to the Carter Lake Filter Plant. The scope of services includes project management, data review, field visit and observations, alternative analysis, and preliminary design. The consultant will also provide a final feasibility report and feasibility level AACE Class 4 cost estimates for the alternatives. • The project requires the consultant to have experience in water supply and treatment plant design. • The consultant must be able to provide a project team, including a project manager and other necessary staff. • The consultant must be able to provide a detailed scope of work, including timelines and costs. • The consultant must be able to provide a final feasibility report and cost estimates. • The consultant must be able to provide additional services, including final design and construction oversight, if required.
