The Nantucket Public Schools are seeking the services of a qualified Owner's Project Manager to provide project management services for the design, construction, addition to, and/or renovation of a new modular administrative office building in Nantucket, Massachusetts. The project manager shall be a person who is registered by the commonwealth as an Architect or Professional Engineer and who has at least five years' experience in the construction and supervision of construction of buildings. The key responsibilities of the project manager include overseeing the design and construction of the building, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and coordinating with the school committee and other stakeholders. • The project involves the design and construction of a new modular administrative office building. • The project manager shall be independent of the designer, general contractor, or any sub-contractor involved in the building project. • The owner's project manager shall have at least five years' experience in the construction and supervision of construction of buildings. • The project manager shall be registered by the commonwealth as an Architect or Professional Engineer. • The school committee will be the awarding authority for the project.
