The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is seeking a vendor to provide heavy equipment maintenance and repair services for Region 4, which includes multiple states and territories. The services include repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, fluid services, filtration services, electronics, coolant systems, hydrostatic systems, steering/brake components, engine/powertrain maintenance/repairs, paint/body, glass, undercarriage, and other operating systems on heavy equipment. The vendor must submit a signed form 1449, a statement confirming their ability to perform equipment repair/maintenance, and a hourly labor rate for in-shop equipment repair. • The BPA will commence for 10 years from the date of award. • The Period of Performance is from 08/01/2025 to 07/31/2035. • The vendor must have certified mechanics. • The vendor must provide a hourly labor rate for in-shop equipment repair. • The vendor may also provide an hourly labor rate for other items such as performing diagnostics, travel to customer site, and on-site repair.
